Yeah you probably shouldn't have told the dealer that you tracked the car. They wont replace it unless you pay for it. Strange that the rotors warped THAT quickly.
I knew a guy who said that he took his M3 and destroyed his rotors and told his dealer that he was going up and down a steep hill on the brakes the whole time, hit a big puddle of water and the rotors warped. Dealer replaced it 100%... Even thought thats hard to believe, he got away with it
