If it were good for consumers then they would have had an easier time selling. It's easy for BMW to sell these cars because people like exclusivity, but it is difficult for the buyers to sell them back. Enthusiasts will never pay the premium or won't have the money to. Having said all of this there is always a buyer who will give up the cash
