I'm sure the 76ers will beat the Bulls even when they have a healthy DRose and Noah. If you look at the score for the first round, 76ers only beat them by 5 points in game 3, 7 points in game 4, and 1 point in game 6. 76ers only beat the Bulls by a few points with a healthy squad..
BTW, I'm not a Bulls fan nor a 76er hater.
