You could probably lose 200lbs if you really wanted to:
Aftermarket Sparco/Recaro type seats
Take out back seat
Take out washer fluid and resevoir
Take out all trunk carpeting and liners
remove door panels
Remove all stereo equipment including speakers
Remove all cup holders, arm rests, and all other related items
Lightweight wheels
Lightweight aftermarket exhaust
After all that you might be getting close to 200lbs in weight savings...
