Turns out these coilovers were not in OP's possession when he put them up for sale. They were at his friend's house as collateral for outstanding debt. It took him nearly a month to pay his friend and his friend was the one who ended up sending me the coilovers.
I had to spend an additional $40 on shipping and $100 for parts that were missing (rear shock spacers). I have asked Frostbite to reimburse me for these costs (at least the missing parts) but of course he has gone radio silent.
