Fair enough...officially titled by who though?
Are not all E9x M3s leaving the factory in Germany built on the same production line? so calling a car built in March 2010 a 2011 MY car is just some BMWUSA (?) marketing ploy as its still a 2010MY car as far as BMW Germany is concerned.
Anyway its probably going a bit OT from the present discussion.
