Stock front offset is et29, so why would I lose 3mm mm with et28? Anyway, it seems with the extra width, I would have 12mm less on the inside total. That should clear. Turner fit 10" wheels up front, so this should be fine (I don't knwo their offsets though). I pmed with you some other info.
