For the minor rock chips I have had to use the touch up paint for, it has done an OK job. Of course I can still pick out where I used the paint but 99% of other people won't notice at all. One of those "I know it's there and it bugs me" type things that other people just don't pick up on.
If you get a body shop to do it you might not even notice it yourself. Good luck!
