Why don't you give the name of the dealer ... if you do others here may have purchased from the same dealer and can tell you more.

What are you ordering? Perhaps for a few more dollars you can get the same from your BMW dealer or a dealer like IND etc. There are many dealer representatives Members here why not try them for what you need. If they don't have it then they may refer you to a dealership/vendor you can trust.
