Anyway, the dealership fully detailed the car (interior, exterior, and engine bay), topped up the gas, and offered to reimburse me for the two months of payments they had the car for. The final, and most important, thing the dealership gave me was an apology. For the first time during this whole fiasco the dealership took responsibility for the situation and apologies accordingly.
All in all I am satisfied with the overall result.

Glad to hear that you're satisfied. I would find it very trying to be without a newly purchased car for so long.
