Not as far as I know. They probably consider the coolant to be lifetime. Everything is lifetime these days. They don't tell you how long one of these lifetimes is, though. It is safe to assume a shorter life than if you changed the fluids more often.
I have done all fluids but coolant on my 08M3 with 52k miles. Coolant is on the list for later this year.
