+1 on pad deposits. I get vibration sometimes after track events and sometimes even after just street driving. I do a similar procedures to bed-in where I get up to like 100mph and progressively get on the brakes harder and harder. First stop is mello just to warm the brakes. Then I get back up to 100mph and get on the brakes again...slowly at first and then progressively harder until I start losing traction in the tires. Do this a couple times and voila no more vibration. Just make sure to cool down the brakes for about 15 minutes before parking the car. And don't use the parking brake.
