Sorry, but to do this right, you will need a complete repray of the car. A better option would be look at the new paint protection films out there. There are options that you could put on your entire car that will give the matte look. The added benefit is that your paint remains protected and can be brought back to the original luster once you get bored of the matte or you decide to sell. Good luck.
