Try the HK416 + 4x scope + weapon handling. I went back to the AN-94 after this setup (same gadgets) and hated it.
I also like the XM8 LMG + weapon handling. I found it to be more effective than the M60 which almost every medic uses.
Edit: handling should be meant as "specialization."
