Market for Used e92 M3's

I just received a letter from my local BMW dealer promising "above market" prices for trading in my M3. They said that they are trying to increase their pre-owned inventory and that there is a healthy demand for M3's. Has anyone received any similar type of letter from their local dealer and do you think they would really offer "above market" prices? I guess it comes down to whether there is a higher than normal demand for e9x M3's. For those shopping around for used M3's - how easy/hard has it been to find a car?

I am pretty sure this is just a ploy to get me in the door to convnince me to buy or lease a new BMW, but I might go in and see what they would offer for my car.

Edmunds is saying my car is worth about $43K for a trade-in and $46K for a private sale.
