OP, I had the same problem just a few months ago. Dealer went into fault memory, found ICV for bank 2 threw a fault some time ago, replaced it.

Got the car back a day later, still had the same problem. Cold start, start the idle bob by tapping the throttle 2/3 times, and replicate idle bob.

Took it back in, dealer went into fault memory and found a Coolant Temp Sensor was bad, and thats why it was giving me rough starts in the morning. Thats the first I heard of a temp sensor giving rough idles, but sure enough, the idle bob went away on cold starts after replacement.
