[2009M3 giorgio]

I have a 2009M3 convertible in brand new shape. I just noticed 3 very minor pin hole scratches on one side of the roof. It looks like either something hit it but more like if the roof hit something while either folding or unfolding from the trunk. Could this be the case? Any precedents due to misalignment? I also noticed two small scratches in the trunk inner black support mechanism. Any one with a similar issue. Recommendations very welcomed.
