Whatever brand you pick, you should get a helmet with a wide viewport. It will give you better situation awareness, and make you feel less claustrophobic. And, in a closed car, there is no reason to get a helmet with a narrow viewport.
I hesitated between the GP5-W and a slightly cheaper HJC helmet, and went with the GP5-W because it felt more comfortable. Before that I had an Arai karting helmet. I guess I have an Arai head. But Bell, Sparco and OMP make cheaper helmets that might work just fine for you.
