I did not do a fraternity, but in my college days I built:
- L shaped Bar complete with keg-o-rator and ice machine
- Beer Pong Table with recessed cups, and later - artificial turf and JMU football field painted on.
- Washers boards
Its amazing what happens when you give an ambitious college student a circular saw and a hammer
