I did my due diligence but was unable to get enough solid info.

BBS has 3 different fitments for the front and 2 different fitments for the rear in 19" for an M3 with the Brembo 380 kit on the front and rear. I am trying to figure out what fits the best since they list some sizes as "tuner" that are more aggressive and others as "standard" which are less aggressive. I spoke directly to BBS about this but they were unable to tell me for sure what was going to be "too" aggressive. From my search, by-and-large the most popular sizes are 8.5 +32 and 10 +25. I would like to do at least the 9.5 +32 and 11 +25. I know that the 10 +25 will fit the front of non-Brembo cars but unsure if it will fit with the 380 kit since BBS doesn't list it as such. Going to be using Michelin PSS but unsure of sizes yet.
