In my experience... Acer is pure shit. I know you don't except much of it, but still. Toshiba are slightly better.
IMO, I would go with Asus for netbooks.

They are pretty solid, keyboard is good, and it is overall a good company. Acer feels cheaper and keyboard is not that good. Toshiba... I just think it is weird buying a computer from a company that does not make especially that. But that's just me.
