so Ken's ebay account listed in CA and established probably years earlier is the same as Fil who has connection in TN but mostly in NE are actually the same person ??
if Ken uses paypal, i'm sure the address will need to be verified, so i doubt they'll be the same person.. unless someone ID theft'd they other big time.
