With the two setups you have i would go with 15mm front for either of your setups. For the rear i would go 12 with your 220 wheels and with your 219 wheels 12 will work fine but you are able to go wider since you are running narrower wheels.

No downside at all for the 10mm spacers. You can go a little more aggressive with a 12mm all around as well and not have any rubbing issues.
