1. What is the difference between cold package and just the heated seats on a 2009 M3? For 2011 is just some automatic heat washers which in my opinion I wont be using an M3 in cold weather
2. What is the Technology Package for a 2009? Is that like the Convenience package on the 2011 M3?

Wow you found the ultra rare AW/BLK combo! Jk bro.
1. Cold weather gives you headlight washers, heated seats, and a ski bag. I live in Denver Colorado and I didnt even bother getting the Cold Weather pkg. I just got the heated seats and love them! A definite must.
2. Tech Pkg is all the Nav and stuff like that. You also definitely want that option.
