With eps or logic 7 there is no head unit out
The hifi has 5v out
With eps/l7 the head unit out is optical straight into amp
So the only way to tap the signal is after the amp
Hence why the voltages are so much higher, because you are using speaker outs
I wish we could go from Eps to ms-8
I wouldn't have sold my ms-8 then
