I agree that the damage is not as bad as it seems. Can the wheels be repaired back to the original? The running board will probably have to be replaced and the under carriage is minimal. The door shouldn't cost that much if there is minor damage. So I think you are close on your estimate. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Live and learn like you say. Take care!
