She is the head of the British armed forces. She can exercise personal discretion over issues such as appointing the prime minister and dissolving the parliament, and the only person in Britain being able to declare war and peace. This is an unacceptable amount of power for ANY one person to have, and is especially unacceptable if their only qualification to get the job is who their parents were
That's my point. We have our government who we vote in so what is the need for the monarchy? Such an old-fashioned system.
