Update
Unfortunately the parts won't fit an E92. There is a box under the seat than gets in the way of the mounting bracket. The actual box would fit but if your seat is in the lowest position, it is a tight fit.
I haven't decided whether to put it into the wife's E93 but certainly others should not order it for an E92.
