Gonna have a meat coma..

I have 6.5 lbs of ribs marinating in homemade BBQ sauce in the fridge for 24 hrs, and I will smoke them for 4 - 5 hours tomorrow. I also just ate a big prosciutto and provolone sandwich topped with roasted red peppers on a sesame seed roll. Fresh from the old italian market... mmmmm
