At 1:09 minutes into the video, the girl is washing/drying a wheel with a towel, and then goes on to use the same towel on the body of the car.
That is not a proper washing technique, and has a high chance of introducing swirls on the paint.
Moreover, the drying technique seemed very chaotic.
