I have to admit the M3 I first drove was pretty slow, and I was really put off, but later found out that it had only 70 miles on the clock, so maybe you drove a new car that had not been run in properly. I spent quite a while driving everything from the Nissan GTR, Aston Martin V8, C63 and RS5 but the M3 has so much more to offer.
See if you can find one with a few extra miles on... then see how you feel
