Wait just a minute there is a slight difference when you reach about 25 your vertical leap increases
lol I'm just looking to pack on some lean muscle as quickly as possible to help me burn weight while I'm sitting on my ass at work and school all week. If it takes some supplements to reach that, then it is what it is.
