Comcast will get you higher bandwidth (50mb), but they throttle you if you use it a lot and their service goes down more often. Comcast TV sucks in comparison to U-Verse. I went from U-verse to Comcast and now back to U-verse. Internet is limited to 24mb right now, but it's way more consistent and u-verse TV rocks.
