so you're telling me that you don't get done with your workout and slam 2 scoops of protein powder with water? most everyone does. I'm not saying that's wrong. for bodybuilding
, sure more protein is good because your end goal is to get bigger. but for people like me, athletic more than heavy lifting, chocoloate milk is probably the best all-around post-workout.
