I'm not a citizen and I just bought my first Glock no problem. I'm a permanent resident, lived here my whole life, but still not a citizen...
There was actually a line for my A# on the paperwork for the gun.
Like scollins said, I got the delay...but they called me back a couple hours later when it went to Proceed. Got it same day.
