Dick Cheney is a pretty good VP.
- George Bush didn't pick him simply to gather in the votes Cheney had gained during the primaries since Cheney never ran for president.
- Cheney is a good confidant of the president as he does not aspire to the office himself.
- He is loyal to the president as he was not defeated by him in primaries.
- It was not a "marriage" of convenience but of choice.
If I could, I might have changed my vote to Cheney. That would make Richard Cheney
leading with 5 votes to Teddy Roosevelt's 4 votes.
