Unhappy Tracking problems

So, my dad ordered a ZCP M3 coupe on June 18th. I had been tracking pregress on the BMW USA site until I found out about the phone service and ship tracking. I used the phone service the first time about 2-3 weeks ago, the online site said awaiting production at the moment, and the phone status was production completed, awaiting transport, and they both still are on the same status. I know the Fidelio (cargo ship) left on the 4th and I tried using the tracking site with the car's vin but no results showed up. Has this happened to anyone else or has anyone ordered the car in a period of time close to this one?

Extra info:
  • The car has to be shipped to Puerto Rico from the US but I don't think that would take more than 5 days.
  • The inquiry says port location: SSIPOA (Brunswick)
  • the initial VIN characters are WBSKG9C53B
