BMW M5: 500 HP, 383 lbft torque, 4100 lbs (8.2 lbs/HP), 0-60 in 4.2 secs, 0-100 in 9.5, 1/4 mile in 12.2 @ 118 MPH (SMG 7 speeds).

Projected E92 M3: 420 HP, 306 lbft of torque (based on .8 x 383), 3500 lbs (it will definitely weigh very close to that based upon the measures BMW is taking to save weight). At 3500 lbs and 420 HP = 8.3 lbs/HP. With good gearing and DSG 7 speed should see 0-60 in 4.2 secs, 0-100 in 9.7, 1/4 mile in 12.4 114

Those are my official predictions. Anyone else?

0-60: 4.6 seconds
Quartermile: 12.8 seconds @ 106-107 mph
