I've had good luck so far with my LTW's and Rogue spacers (bimmerworld). The spacers are nicely made pieces and are a bit ligther than H&R's (which I also own). I'm not a big burm rider so I can't comment on the strength of the wheels. Enkei NT03's are another option in this price range that seem to have the right offsets. If you plug an e46 m3 into tirerack.com you'll see them listed.
Paintpro, I'll have to look you up some time and check out the ARC's since I might need another set of wheels for time attack street rubber.
