There's a fuse puller inside the 'box' (behind glove box). Yeah, just having stupid symbols for the fuses is retarded, not to mention some items have 9 damn fuses

It's very easy to spot a blown fuse; just use a decent flashlight and you can tell by a burn mark in the middle. And when fuse is pulled is even more obvious from the side.
If you want to disable the seatbelt arm, just pull fuse #30 now that you're in there
