BMW NA response regarding ED on the E92 M3

Here's the letter I received from BMW NA.
-------------------------------------------
Dear Mr. Smith:

Thank you for contacting BMW of North America, LLC regarding your interest in
the European Delivery program. We appreciate your enthusiasm for our vehicles.

Yes, it is possible to purchase a BMW M3 through any authorized BMW center in
the United States and take delivery of it directly from the factory in Germany.
However, the M3 European Delivery program excludes the discount, and
participation in the program is at each BMW center's own discretion.
Additionally, availability of M vehicles to the European Delivery program is
typically delayed a few months in comparison to the availability date of the
vehicle to the United States market.

To read more about this excellent program, simply access our website,
www.bmwusa.com. Once on the site, select "The BMW Experience" and then "European Delivery." The sales team at your authorized
BMW center can assist with additional questions.

Again, thank you for your interest in BMW. If you have any further questions,
please reply to this e-mail or contact the Customer Relations and Services
Department at 1-800-831-1117, Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.,
Eastern Standard Time.

Sincerely,
