i personally think you are wasting your time...unless you paid by cc or paypal or something.
It is unfortunate what happened to you, and it is wrong.
It is good we all know about the seller now, but i dont think a legal case is worth it or going to get you anywhere...but i agree with you that the principle is wrong and not so much a matter of money. Nobody likes getting screwed.
