Interesting clunk. Might be a diff problem?

So it's just started about 2 weeks ago and has gotten more noticable with the colder temps. The issue is slow speed, like first or second gear, while turning around a corner or in a lot. Don't matter full lock or not but generally at about 10-25mph. Sounds like the driver side rear wheel is rubbing but it's not rub. Is this just a famous BMW diff or should I have the dealer check it out? I'm thinking maybe they put the wrong oil in it or something. Just trying to figure out if it's an issue or just normal being I've had the car for a month and a half. Thanks!
