For a 3 piece wheel in those sizes, that is not terribly heavy. Although it is on the heavy side.
When you say "it is a forged wheel", are you sure that both the center, as well as the inner and outter barrel are forged? Many 3 piece wheel companies sell "forged wheels" that use cast barrel's and forged centers. In my opinion, the barrel is actually what needs to be forged for strength due to it's shape and location in relation to impacts.
Also, as stated, those are very aggressive sizes. Not to say that it can not be done, but I hope the manufacturer and shop that you are purchasing from can correctly size the offset and tires.
