Basically IF the professional system is the top end 'Individual Audio' option, then I'd definitely take the car next week (at the same money of course!).
However, IF the professional system is the basic crappy audio system, then definitely wait for your Logic 7 build, otherwise the joy you'll get next week in picking up the car will be short lived.
