I'm interested in that too. Didn't see any options when messing with iDrive. And after 12 hours driving the car home, I consider myself an iDrive expert
. My Accord 6MT has the option of ring, verbal announcement, or nothing. I have the ring, so it doesn't bother me having it on this car, but was curious if I missed the option to change it somehow. Don't remember the manual mentioning anything about that either. Take care.
