What happened to a traditional exercise+right diet route to fitness? People becoming progressively lazy these days. They eat shit in fall and winter and stuff themselves with pills before summer to look better.
that's fine and all, and that's what i'm doing, but anything to help control appetite and give a little extra energy helps. that's why i'm taking it.
