Usually 5-7 slices of cold watermelon and half or a whole orange. Something just to make me not starve. It's definitely within my daily cal intake limit as well.
When I can not find good watermelons to buy, I usually have a cup of yogurt.
i usually work out around 10pm to 11ish as well but i usually eat a protein bar because like you my stomach is growling for something to eat, and I'm fighting not to eat pizza or something fatty lol.
