Garage List
Actually, very easy:

1. Remove the puddle light housing
2. Twist and remove the bulb
3. Remove the semi-transparent plastic cover with a tiny screw driver or plastic wedge, or just simply pull it straight out
4. There is a piece of U shaped metal inside the housing, use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull them out
5. The new LEDs should fit snuggly inside the housing. If not, just some red-backing 3M mounting tape on the back to tape it up to the top.
6. Fish the wire through the hole for the socket
7. Attach wire to the socket
8. Plug in the wire to test it
9. If it does not light up, pull out and reverse the socket, and test it again
10. Put everything back together
