The OEM trunk left trim with the little door is standard in M3 with the HD Radio module.

case (and now I understand the confusion in your PM) I bought that OEM trunk left trim to install my aftermarket amplifiers:
And no... no CD Changer is available either factory standard or optional in any USA M3. That's a dealer-install accessory.
